During this time, use only gentle, fragrance-free skincare products — avoid active ingredients such as retinol, AHAs, BHAs, and vitamin C for 48 to 72 hours after treatment. Avoid direct sun exposure and apply SPF 30 or higher every morning, as the skin is more sensitive to UV damage immediately after treatment. Avoid makeup for 24 hours to allow the micro-channels to close and reduce the risk of irritation. Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and steam for 24 to 48 hours after your session.
